Eczema or dermatitis is medical term for the skin disorder/disease which is is found the skin irritated. The irritation may occur in any part of body, but most of the parts irritated are palms and toes. The common eczema found are called as atopic eczema or atopic dermatitis. 

The causes of eczema can be various sources, such as the usage of cosmetics, detergent, imitation jewelry, rude clothes, certain food, and continual stressing on moist skin. The symptoms of eczema are the dry and sensitive skin, intense itching, red and inflamed skin, recurring rash, scaly areas, rough and leathery patches, oozing or crusting, areas of swelling, and dark colored patches of skin.

  • Atopic dermatitis, is the most severe and chronic (long-lasting) kind of eczema.
  • Hand eczema, also known as hand dermatitis,a common condition affecting up to 10% of the population.
  • Contact dermatitis, a reaction that can occur when the skin comes in contact with certain substances, which can cause skin inflammation.
  • Seborrheic dermatitis, a common skin condition that is similar to eczema and sometimes occurs in patients with eczema.
  • Dyshidrotic eczema, a blistering type of eczema, which is twice as common in women. It is limited to the fingers, palms and soles of the feet.
  • Nummular eczema, also knowwn as discoid eczema and nummular dermatitis, a common type of eczema that can occur at any age.
  • Neurodermatitis, also known as lichen simplex chronicus, an itchy skin disease similar to atopic dermatitis.
  • Stasis dermatitis, sometimes called venous stasis dermatitis because it arises when there is a problem with the veins, generally in the lower legs.
Visiting your dermatologist is the easiest way to treat the eczema, but if you visit them you need to pay them expensively. Therefore, why don't you try the traditional and natural way of treating?

Treating the eczema naturally is by using the natural ingredients easily found next to us. Not only easy to ind, those ingredients can be planted on our garden. The ingredients we usually use to cook is one of good ways of treating eczema. The ingredients consist of turmeric and galangal.

How to use them for treating eczema naturally?

Prepare the following ingredients:
- 10 gram of galangal
- 10 gram of turmeric
- 3 gram of whiting 


Wash both the turmeric and galangal with cold water. Then grate them. After being grated, mixed the grated galangal and turmeric with the whiting. Apply the mixture to the affected area. Wrapped the application with bandage to avoid the water exposure. Do this way daily. Avoid the part of skin affected from the foam or soap.

Besides, for you who have suffered from eczema, you'd better to consume such food as tofu and tempeh, spinach, livers, tomato, and milk. 

Do them regularly until you see the result.
